Ingredients: wheat flour, durum flour, corn flour, rice flour, sea salt, olive oil.

Allergen: it contained GLUTEN.

All our products DO NOT contain preservatives.

Best practice: defrost in a chiller at +4 °C the quantity of product planned to be used the next day. It's important to maintain the cold chain.

For sandwiches: heat up the base for 2 min at 250 °C, then cut it in half and fill it up with your choice of ingredients.

We recommend to keep refrigerated our products at -18'C for up to 6 months or in the chiller if used within the next 3 to 5 days.

Our products are packed in two halves (30x40) together.
