Ingredients: wheat flour, sea salt, olive oil.

Allergen: it contained GLUTEN.

All our products DO NOT contain preservatives.

 

Best practice: defrost in a chiller at +4 °C the quantity of product planned to be used the next day. It's important to maintain the cold chain.

If necessary, keep at room temperature for about one hr or two before stretching the pizza. 

 

We recommend keeping our products refrigerated at -18 °C for up to 6 months or in the chiller if used within the next 2 days.

Dough can also be "re-balled" to extend its use up to 2 additional days in the chiller for an extremely crispy and flavourful taste. 

We take care of distribution with our own fleet of trucks, and deliver island-wise free of charge for a minimal MOQ.

We guarantee "next day delivery" for orders received no later than 1:00 pm (cut-off time).
