Established in 2023, Biga Italian Bakery strives to bring Italian bakery traditions to Singapore.
Our company name comes from “Biga”, a pre-ferment made of flour, water, and fresh yeast, which ferments for approximately 24 hours in a controlled temperature environment. This method helps to create products rich in flavor, extremely easy to digest, and with an exceptional airy crust.
We offer a wide range of savory bakery products. We are currently focused on par-baked pizzas, focaccia, and flatbread.
Together with our partners, we develop custom products that can meet their customers' needs.
